Search by lowest price
It's annoying that you can't sort by lowest price, also I hate that i have to click on a site to see if it has met it's reserve price. You should make it clear in search listing whether or not it has met it's reserved price so I don't click on ones that are cheap and look good but haven't met them. Thanks.

Premium listing too expensive. Listing disappears too quickly from front page for price. Not worth repeating
$50 is too expensive to keep listing on front page that only last less than a day.

Allow feedback to be left anytime after the sale and/or to be changed.
I left a neutral feedback for someone a couple of years ago saying "email for report" and my email because the 6 months were up but there were still issues of things that were never delivered. He since delivered them and I was still unhappy with the sale but now he is asking for me to remove my "negative feedback" which I never clicked negative but he said it effects his rating. There is no way to change it though?
Why can't the feedback reflect the current feeling of the buyer but has to be made up too early and…1 vote -
Add Milestone payment structure
In addition to the winning bid price, a buyer should have an opportunity to offer incentives to seller to meet certain milestones such as transfering domain name quickly, transferring site files quickly, assisting with site set up such as replacing ad codes, etc. Right now there's no incentive for a seller to make a speedy transfer because they continue to earn revenue off the site post sale.

Search by Keywords in Google
The only way I know whether a site has any value or not is if it has keywords in Google. If it has 0 keywords, it's very clear that this site is new and worthless. I would love to be able to filter searches by the number of keywords the website has in Google.
Thanks!

-Watchlist- Allow us to sort it as we want: bids, price, ending, etc...
At this moment there is no sorting feature at all in the watchlist... I personnally lke to have it sorted by "time to end" but someone else might like something else... Give us sorting capability.

Accept Payza.com as a payment gateway, please.
Payza.com should be added as a payment option along with paypal. Paypal doesn't support many country, but Payza.com supports. Payza.com supports our country but paypal doesn't and anybody trades from our country using paypal- is illegal according to current law of govt. So I ask you to add payza.com as a payment gateway of flippa.com along with paypal.com

allow buyers time to report on the results of the sale....I got ripped off and its only fair that I can say something about it
We need a thumbs up or thumbs down vote on a seller. Sometimes you learn you got taken advantage of or that a seller misrepresented the site information. Top sellers should be rewarded by real results and customers should be warned about scammers

Add support to verify Clicky.com stats like you have for Google Analytics.
If it's not a huge task, it would be incredibly useful to add support for verifying our Clicky.com stats in the same way that we're able to verify our Google Analytics stats. Many webmasters opt for Clicky instead of GA, and this will give them the same level of trust from the buyers. Thank you so much for considering implementing this down the road! :)

Actually Enforce Your Own Site Rules and Policies!
Why do you let people make outrageous revenue/traffic claims without any documentation? Much of it is photo-shopped Paypal ledgers with no way to prove it is legit for the site for sale. You don't enforce your own policies! Proof is enclosed below.
This puts buyer's at risk and destroys site credibility.
Flippa Site Rule/Policy/User Agreement Violated (Revenue And/Or Traffic Evidence)
-Any claims to revenue or traffic in a listing must to supported by evidence. Any claims to potential revenue or traffic in a listing must clearly marked as such and be accompanied by robust workings and assumptions
Here is proof…

Provide a phone number for users to speak to someone rather than leave a message on a machine and no one calls you back!
I am sure that your Flippa users are increasingly frustrated with your level of customer service. Yes, you have a phone number to call for support, but no one answers. Leave a message - Sure! But no one returns your call. Is there anyone is Flippa who will take some accountability for the poor service? Helloooooo???
3 votesCustomer support issues are best handled over email, since they require input from our developers and/or access to the accounts, neither of which can be handled over the phone.

Site Checking
I have found a few sites being sold on Flippa as having the vast majority of their traffic coming from India. Is there a way to check to confirm this isn't some sort of scam to boost their levels and numbers on Alexa and with their PR? It is awfully strange that each of the higher PR sites I viewed, which are less than a year or 2 old have pr3 or higher and a great Alexa rank and they each had 90% or better of their traffic coming from India. I honestly believe there is some sort of scam…
