I suggest you ...

Have a monthly payment program for frequent sellers to avoid individual listing fees

Many people like myself list a ton of sites on here, and the listing fees, while reasonable really start to add up. It would be nice if there were a monthly payment plan that entitled us to unlimited or X number of listings per month, for those that choose to take advantage.

Now that the listing fee has gone up to $29 it really cuts into someone wanting to make a living building quality sites and sell them here cheap so anyone can afford them.

Having a monthly membership fee would be better for your constant users. I would even pay $100 a month if it means no listing fee. You could keep your success fee that's fine.

Or another option would be something like $49.95 a month and the listing fee be $10 and keep the same success fee.

As a seller who sold over 70 websites and Flippa now being part of my everyday income, I do agree that it is a heavy cost to carry.

        I sell smaller website, usually for $90 - $200
        Let's say I sell one for $150.

        $10 domain fee
        $5 hosting fee
        $19 Flippa auction creation
$10 Flippa final value fee (5% or min. $10)
$40 License key for website I'm selling

This adds up to almost $100, not to mention the time spend creating the website and creating the auction. Sometimes the auctions sell below $100, leaving me with a loss rather than a profit.

If there would be a membership for powersellers with a flat rate fee, but some how limit the amount of auctions than can be created, to keep spammers away, it would help smaller business such as myself.
But to be honest, I rather pay $19 and have less spammers than risking a flat rate membership that will enable spammers to flood Flippa.

So yes, if Flippa can come up with a balanced solution, yes, otherwise, no.

The fees here are outragous!!! Auction sites means that as sellers we are taking a huge cut in how much we can sell our websites for and the fees Flippa charges don't seem to consider this!

Im against. The other sellers would have to pay the fees that others dont need to pay then. And i think such a fee only would help these autoblogsellers save money. They sell mass of domains of disputable value. I dont think this will help make flippa better. A qualitysite should be sold for a fee of 20$.
I see, with such a monthly fee people would start spamming hundreds and hundreds of domains into flippa in the hope of some bucks. Not good.

This would be great cause you could tier the memberships, basic, silver and gold each adding additional of the paid add ons that some people use. Please make the basic affordable for folks..and still also allow the one off price as well, so membership is NOT compulsory for all people just those that want that functionality.
